About This Game

Meet 112 Western and East Asian masterpieces in The Restoration Studio. Every nonogram you solve brings one piece of a painting back to its true colors.

Pieces come rotated or flipped, so the picture alone won’t give the answer away. Fit the last piece and the painting is fully restored and hung in your Gallery.

Each finished painting comes with its artist, year and collection, plus a short story behind it.

The East Asian Gallery holds 54 paintings from Joseon Korea, Japan and China, including genre scenes by Kim Hongdo and Sin Yunbok, Jeong Seon’s Inwang jesaekdo, and woodblock prints by Katsushika Hokusai and Utagawa Hiroshige.

Across the Western Gallery and the East Asian Gallery, there are 2,597 puzzles in all.

  • Western Gallery, 58 paintings: Beginner 10×10 · Skilled 15×15 · Master 20×20
  • East Asian Gallery, 54 paintings: all 20×20, sorted into Beginner · Skilled · Master by number of pieces
  • Puzzles by grid size: 181 at 10×10 · 332 at 15×15 · 2,084 at 20×20

If you get stuck, use a Hint (3 per piece) or Find mistakes. If that still doesn’t do it, Skip piece lets you move on. Paintings you finish without any help get the Flawless restoration seal in the Gallery.
