The Last Disease Z is a harsh open-world survival experience where every step can be your last. The abandoned island hides not only traces of civilization but also threats lurking in the shadows. Fight, build, and explore to survive amidst chaos, where the living can be just as dangerous as the dead.
The island looks peaceful only at first glance. An abandoned city, deserted villages, a ruined military base - all of it reminds you of a time when humans still controlled what was happening. Now chaos reigns: zombies roam the streets, mutants hide in the forests, and armed bandits set up ambushes at the most valuable points of interest.
You'll start from scratch: gather resources, craft tools, build a shelter, and defend it from raids by other players and hostile factions. Every trip beyond your base is a test. Every item you find is a chance to survive a little longer.
