About This Game
NavalArt Hull Designer is a desktop companion tool for NavalArt players and hull-design enthusiasts. It focuses on a clearer workflow for creating, editing, organizing, and converting hull section group projects.
The editor lets you manage .naprj project files, organize hull sections and related part types, and export them into .na files that can be used in NavalArt. Future versions will continue improving .na parsing and geometric relationship analysis, making it easier to maintain hull designs between NavalArt and this tool.
This application is not intended to replace NavalArt. Instead, it complements NavalArt by improving workflows around hull structure editing, section group management, and project conversion. It is designed for users who frequently iterate on hull shapes, manage complex section layouts, or prefer a more structured project file for hull data.
The current release is an early test version. Some features, UI details, and conversion rules may continue to change. Development will focus first on stable .naprj to .na conversion, project compatibility, sample projects, documentation, and clear error reporting.
