About This Game

FOR HER

Rent is $90 a day and climbs 25% every two weeks. Your mother's treatment costs $50,000, paid in installments. Owning the house costs exactly the same $50,000 — and that is not a coincidence. You are not going to get both.

Kickoff is a life sim about a kid from the outskirts who wants to play football for a living, and about the arithmetic standing in the way. You wake up, clean the room, eat what you can afford, go to work and come back tired. Somewhere in there, you train. And you take penalties.

EVERY DAY COSTS SOMETHING

Energy, hunger, hygiene and spirits drain while the clock moves — and the clock only moves when you do something. Sleeping is free. Everything else charges you.

FOUR WAYS TO MAKE MONEY

  • A factory shift: a quality-control minigame where your pay comes out of your performance

  • A market stall that pays more as you move up

  • Coding gigs on your PC — the income that scales on its own, if you reinvest in equipment

  • Penalty tournaments, from the dirt pitch to the first division

THE PENALTY SHOOTOUT

A 3D game inside the game: you shoot by aiming and locking the power bar, and you defend with the glove. Six tiers, four rounds each, and an opponent who gets better than you if you stop training.

CHOICES THAT CHARGE YOU

There is a clerk at the convenience store who remembers your conversations. There is a shortcut to money that runs through a capsule and can end in a jail cell. And there are four endings — none of them rolled at random. Each one comes out of what you accumulated: how much you paid, how many afternoons you actually showed up, and where you chose to be on the day the final and the surgery landed at the same hour.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Parts of this game were created with generative AI tools during development. Character art, backgrounds and icons were generated with image models and then edited, composited and corrected by hand. The voice acting in Portuguese and English was produced with AI voice synthesis. Some sound effects and cutscene music were generated with AI audio tools. Much of the source code was written with the assistance of an AI coding tool, reviewed and tested by the developer.

All of this content was generated before release and ships as fixed audio and image files. Game design, economy, balancing, story and script are the developer's own work, as is the procedurally synthesized music and sound of the minigames, which uses no AI model.
