One connected universe

• The player you recruit in high school and develop can be drafted to the pros and build a career there. Take a job as a HC, OC, DC or GM with the team that drafted him and follow his career. Coach at the top from the beginning, or start as a low-level Division 2 coordinator and build yourself up all the way to the top.

Build a college dynasty

• Recruit across the whole nation, send weekly pitches, win the battles that matter, and don't let teams flip your future stars.

• Read each prospect's priorities: playing time, prestige, coaching, NIL, development. Then sell your program.

• Manage NIL and the transfer portal to keep your roster loaded and make boosters and the front office happy.

• Set your offensive and defensive gameplans, call the shots on gameday, or hire the best staff to help you out.
