FORGEFIELD brings nine animated worlds to Windows as live wallpapers, screensavers and fullscreen experiences. Watch light bend around a black hole, auroras drift above snowy mountains, or embers glow across your screen.

Choose a world. Make it yours.

Browse the worlds in the launcher, preview their motion, and set your favorite as your wallpaper or screensaver. Adjust the available visual and quality settings to suit your desktop and your PC.

Each world has its own visual character and motion, from quiet landscapes to abstract fields of light.

Three ways to enjoy it

  • Live wallpaper: bring motion to your Windows desktop.

Rendered in real time on your PC

The worlds are rendered locally rather than played as prerecorded video loops. Windows 11 64-bit and a graphics driver supporting desktop OpenGL 4.6 are required. Performance varies by hardware, resolution, scene and quality settings.
