About This Game

CURE: A Hospital Simulator amidst the apocalypse

CURE is a co-op sim game that puts you in charge of a nighttime emergency room in a small town called Mercy, amidst a strange outbreak. You and your crew are the last stand, both saving lives and repelling the undead.

This isn't a chill sim: It's a game of fast-paced, high-stakes emergency care mixed with the strategic elements of hospital resource management. Team up with friends (or brave it solo) as you juggle patients, beds, diagnostics, and treatments.

Build

Take your time before the shift starts to stock up and build your hospital, because things can get hectic once patients (among other things) start queuing up. Just make sure to watch your budget.

Diagnose

Can't effectively treat patients without first diagnosing what they have. You will notice the symptoms get weirder as the apocalypse unfolds...

Treat

Additional diagnostics and the correct treatment will get your patients back on their feet (and the income flowing).

Stock up

It might be the apocalypse, but delivery is an essential service that keeps things going. Order what you need for your upcoming shift, and restock when supply dwindles.

Fight

Not everyone is treatable. As a doctor, you swore to do no harm. But in CURE, you'll sometimes have to DO THE RIGHT HARM.

Community-First Streamer-First game

CURE stands out by putting creators and communities first, allowing your stream audience to participate in and influence the game.

This unique hybrid of simulation and action gameplay, combined with deep Twitch and Discord integration, offers a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

Key Features

  • Fast-Paced Patient Care: Diagnose and treat patients with weird symptoms in a chaotic, first-person environment. Will you put them in normal care or quarantine? The choice is yours, and the clock is ticking.

  • Strategic Management: Amidst the chaos, you'll need to manage your hospital effectively. Set up new equipment, manage critical inventory, and build up your hospital.

  • Co-Op Fun: Play with up to four friends in a fight for survival, where teamwork is essential to keeping your patients - and yourselves - alive.

  • Twitch & Discord Integration: Our Shoutout Engine connects your live stream to the game. Your audience can participate as patient NPCs during live sessions.

  • Hybrid Gameplay: Experience a unique blend of first-person action and simulation management. Fend off attacks, while meticulously cleaning beds and ordering supplies.

  • Progression & Unlocks: Unlock new medicine, diagnostic tools, weapons, and story insights as you manage more nights and save more lives.
