About This Game
In Accident Investigator Simulator, you are a federal investigator called in when machines fail and people die. Recover the black box, decode the data, question the survivors, and sign the official report that names the real cause.
Every machine keeps a record. Every record hides a story.
An autonomous tram runs a crossed signal. A ferry capsizes in calm water. A hospital pump delivers a fatal dose. The corporation blames the operator, the press demands a name, and the evidence doesn't add up. One wrong conclusion and an innocent takes the fall — while the real cause waits to kill again.

Across a campaign of 12 cases you will investigate autonomous trams, cargo ships, delivery drones, air taxis, power grids, refineries and orbital rockets. Cross-reference black-box data, maintenance logs and testimonies, expose the contradictions, and determine the immediate, contributing and systemic causes — and who is truly responsible.
