NTE Starter Pack DLC Purchase and Claim Rules
Hey Appraiser, we recommend you purchase the new NTE Starter Pack DLC with your character logged out of the game. After completing your purchase, simply launch NTE: Neverness to Everness using the Steam account you used for the purchase. Make sure to log in to your preferred NTE account and select the correct Server and Character to receive your items. Please refer to the in-game display for final details.
Please note that this DLC can only be claimed once per NTE account. To avoid any issues, please double-check that your account meets the requirements before purchasing.
After a successful purchase, please allow up to 15 minutes for your NTE Starter Pack items to arrive.
Please log into the game soon after your purchase, and ensure you select the correct NTE account, Server, and Character so your content is delivered properly.
