Horn of the Abyss (HotA) is an expansion pack for Heroes of Might and Magic III, designed to seamlessly integrate with the original game's mechanics and aesthetics. New Factions: Cove, Factory and Bulwark

Cove
Set sail with the Cove, a seafaring faction hailing from the pirate kingdom of Regna. This town introduces a lineup of aquatic and pirate-themed creatures, such as Nymphs, Corsairs, and the terrifying Sea Serpents. The Cove's distinctive gameplay revolves around naval dominance and swift assaults, offering a fresh strategic experience.
 
Factory
Embrace innovation with the Factory, a steampunk-inspired faction blending technology and nature. Its creatures range from Halflings and Armadillos to mechanical Automatons and powerful Dreadnoughts. The Factory's unique dual-path development allows players to choose between technological advancement and natural synergy, providing diverse tactical options.
 
Bulwark
Brave the deadly, ice-bound expanses with the Bulwark, a stalwart faction representing the frozen island of Vori. This is a confederacy of peoples with a common drive for survival: the proud Snow Elves, the laborious Kobolds, the cryptic Yeti, and the mighty Jotunns. The heroes of Bulwark have access to Runes, a new skill to help their hosts tough out the most challenging battles.
 

Expanded Hero Roster

HotA enriches the hero lineup by adding full rosters for each of the new towns, Cove, Factory and Bulwark, as well as a number of striking campaign-specific figures, totaling 54 new playable characters. Additionally, several existing heroes have been reintroduced or rebalanced to enhance gameplay diversity.

New Campaigns

HotA introduces five new campaigns, expanding the game's narrative and strategic depth:

• All In: Witness your former foe embarking on a high-stakes journey that tests the limits of strategy and courage.  

These campaigns provide dozens of hours full of immersive gameplay.
