Your new task is to terraform this dangerous volcanic world. Be careful of the constant volcanic eruptions! And those are not the only challenges this planet has to offer:

• No minerals anywhere! But as the lava cools, it creates mineral-rich basalt for you to extract.

• Extremely high temperatures! Luckily, you can use new terraforming tools to neutralize the atmosphere's greenhouse gases and launch solar shade satellites into orbit.

• Only a few small water geysers provide water at first. But you'll eventually be able to launch rockets that bring large ice comets to infuse your planet with plenty of liquid water!

Water World

Oceans everywhere! Only a few islands await you to begin colonizing and terraforming the planet.

You'll have to carefully cool down the planet so the ice caps grow larger and the water level drops, allowing you to discover new land. Of course, you can also build dams or reshape the terrain to create even more dry land.

And what about minerals? Water in contact with the ocean floor becomes mineral-rich, and you can easily extract those minerals using filters. The problem is that plants and plankton cannot grow in mineral-polluted water. So your first task is to clean some areas to allow plants to grow. Those plants will then help plankton spread, which in turn neutralizes the surrounding mineral pollution. Plankton is also essential for oxygen production...
