Ahoy, ye port rats! It be time to leave the land for the lily-livered and set sail into the cursed waters of Curse of Pirates — a swashbuckling action roguelike where honor, luck, and good ol' rum decide yer fate!
Become a captain whose fame echoes across all seven seas! Explore the far corners of the ocean, hunt for ancient treasure maps, and slice through hordes of enemies: sea monsters, ruthless corsair scoundrels, undead fiends, nightmarish beasts, and even cursed gods of the deep! And watch out for those damned parrots — they're a real nuisance!

You be an ambitious captain of a rickety ship with grand dreams. Want to rule the pirate world and become the fiercest and richest Pirate King? Then prepare to traverse fire, water, and a storm of cannon fire!

⚓ Endless waves of foes! Enemies will keep comin’ at ye, stronger and craftier with each attack. Use yer wits to navigate between islands and sea monsters!
⚓ Hundreds of unique builds! Mix and match skills to change your combat style, boost yer weaponry, and even turn the tide of battle!
⚓ Epic maritime campaigns! Fight, grow stronger, and sail through five dangerous maps filled with brutal enemies. Survive and face the final boss — the ultimate test of yer pirate skills!
⚓ The true pirate life! Enough languishing in port with a barrel of rum—hoist the sails and set forth for new adventures!

Ye can’t survive alone on the sea! A gallery of unique characters awaits ye, each with their own stories, quirks, and deadly skills:
☠ Ghostly captains who summon the dead!
☠ Dark cultists dabbling with ancient powers!
☠ Zar’Kul, a spawn of the abyss, bringing chaos and destruction!
Who will be yer loyal mate? A fiery-haired beauty with a big heart? A ghost captain with unfinished business? Or perhaps something much darker… Choose wisely and be ready for the consequences!
Where be the map? We need a map!
In the grand tradition of pirate tales, ye shall embark on dangerous adventures in search of ancient treasures, not all of which ye truly want to find. A map and the ability to alter the terrain will aid ye, allowing for the addition or removal of elements on the battlefield. True pirates don’t sail blindly! Seek out ancient treasure maps, but beware—not all that glitters is worth the haul. Change the land to shift the course of battle!
