🌟 Meet A.K.O. — Artificial Kawaii Operator
A.K.O. started with a simple idea:
What if an AI could actually live on your desktop and be useful?
Instead of building another chatbot that sits inside a browser, I wanted to make something that could interact with your PC, talk with you naturally, help with everyday tasks, create things with you, and simply be there when you need it.
So I built A.K.O.
She's an experimental, continuously developing desktop AI companion made by a single developer. A.K.O. is still evolving, and new ideas, features, improvements, and experiments are continuously being added.

A.K.O. can interact with your desktop and assist with everyday tasks such as opening applications, exploring folders, and checking system information.

Turn ideas into creations through AI-powered tools. Generate images, experiment with music elements, and create visual content directly through conversation.

Combine voice, text, and visuals for a more natural and expressive way to interact with A.K.O.

A.K.O. isn't just a chat window. She has an interactive avatar that reacts to your conversations and actions, making her feel more like a presence on your desktop.
🧪 An Experimental Project
A.K.O. is a work in progress.
As a solo developer, I'm continuously experimenting with new ideas and figuring out what an AI-powered desktop application can actually be.
Some features may change. Some experiments may not work exactly as expected. And there will always be more things I'd like to improve.
That's part of A.K.O.
You're not buying a finished idea that will never change — you're joining an application that is still being built.

A.K.O. uses AI for some of her more advanced capabilities. Depending on what you ask her to do, certain AI actions can consume Energy.
Your purchase includes starter Energy, and optional Energy top-ups are available in-app if you want to continue using those features.
No subscription is required.

A.K.O. is my attempt at bringing together the things I find interesting about AI into one desktop application:
an AI you can talk to, an assistant that can interact with your PC, creative tools you can experiment with, and an avatar that makes the experience feel a little more alive.
It's not perfect.
It's not finished.
But I'm building it because I think there's something interesting about having an AI that actually lives on your desktop.
