In a world where learning has been banned, a fearless cat is the last hope to restore order. Water Gun Cat is a 2D pixel art platformer that combines classic action with a touch of strategy in ammo management.

The Mission

The inhabitants' knowledge has been stolen! The Tyrant Dog and his army of animals have confiscated all the books and locked them away in their fortress. Your mission is to traverse perilous lands from sun-drenched forests to murky sewers to face the oppressor and return wisdom to your inhabitants.

A Vibrant Linear Journey

Overcome 25 challenging levels spread across 12 unique environments. Feel the progression through settings that change as time passes:

• Natural Adventures: Traverse forests at dawn, dusk, and nightfall, as well as mysterious caves and a tropical beach.

• Urban Challenges: Survive the dangers of the city and navigate the dark labyrinths of the sewers.

• Extreme Climates: Brave the bitter cold in snowy forests and caves before invading the great fortress.

• The Final Confrontation: Your goal ends at level 25, where only the most agile will be able to defeat the Boss.

Combat and Precision

Defeat the Tyrant’s army using your jumping skills or your water gun. But beware: water is a precious resource!

• Manage your shots: Each weapon item grants only 5 shots. Use them to eliminate enemies from a distance or more easily.

• Varied Enemies: Face patrolling rats, agile birds, hard-shelled crabs, jumping frogs, tough turtles, cunning raccoons, and swift foxes. Some are also armed and ready to fight back!

• The Grand Duel: Prepare for the final showdown against the Tyrant Dog. He is bigger, faster, and immune to your water shots, only your agility and courage can save the day.

Classic Obstacles and Mechanics

Feel the nostalgia of a pure platformer with challenges that test your reflexes:

• Deadly Hazards: Dodge spikes and moving saws, and be careful not to fall into water or lava.

• Environmental Interaction: Use fans to float, gain momentum on trampolines, and utilize conveyor belts and moving platforms to advance.

• Points of Return: Use checkpoint flags to secure your progress and climb ladders to explore vertical paths.
