Über dieses Spiel

Splatter Piece is a first-person party game where 1-8 players pile into the same art gallery, grab an easel each and try to copy a famous painting before the clock runs out. Nobody here is a real painter — that's the beauty of it.

How a round goes

  • A masterpiece goes up on the gallery wall, and everyone gets to work copying it at their easel.
  • You paint against the clock, with three brush tips, a color picker, an eyedropper, an eraser, a guide grid and multi-step undo at your service.
  • When time runs out, every canvas is compared with the original and an accuracy score is calculated automatically.
  • Accuracy picks the technical winner; hearts pick the room's favorite.
  • A match plays through the whole chosen collection, and each round's winner sees their canvas hung on the gallery's winners' wall.

Serious competition, party energy

  • While roaming the gallery, one well-timed kick is enough to put a rival flat on the floor.
  • Once per match, a piece of candy drops into the gallery. Grab it first and the throw is yours: wherever it lands gets drenched in paint. It doesn't hurt anyone's score — it exists purely to drive your friends up the wall.
  • During the warm-up, paint isn't confined to the canvas: you can paint the floors, the columns, even your friends.
  • Show off with the emote wheel, join a conga line, or settle into a sofa and happily watch everyone else flail in panic.

Real tools, no talent required

  • Three brush tips: a crisp-edged pen, a grainy airbrush that deepens with every pass, and a soft sketch brush that tapers at both ends.
  • A color panel that lets you pick any shade you like, plus a ready-made palette built from each painting's own colors.
  • Eyedropper, eraser, adjustable brush size and opacity, canvas zoom and pan.
  • And for when eyeballing it stops working: a guide grid that divides the reference and your canvas into perfectly matching squares.

From your first brushstroke to the master's test

Copy real masterpieces by artists like Van Gogh, Vermeer and Monet. Collections are ordered from easy to hard: warm up with simple shapes and calm colors, then reach for dense compositions that will genuinely make you sweat.

Global leaderboards and stroke-by-stroke replays

Every painting has its own daily, weekly, monthly and all-time global leaderboard, and solo runs count too. Your best works pile up in your personal gallery, where you can open any of them and watch it painted again stroke by stroke, from the first line to the final moment of panic.

Play it your way

  • Online for 2-8 players: invite your Steam friends, open a public room, or share a short room code — with a password on the room if you want one.
  • A single-player practice mode with the exact same scoring and the exact same leaderboards.
  • The host decides: round length from 1 to 15 minutes, warm-up time and the collection.
  • A colorful cast of characters, from the Aristocrat to the Zombie.
  • Fully localized in English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Traditional Chinese.
