【About the Game】

Hello everyone! I'm an independent game developer from China. "Awakening at the End of the Century" is my first work, a future life simulation game that starts with cryogenic awakening.

【Game Background】

You play a character who was cryogenically preserved in the early 21st century and successfully awakens in 2099. By 2099, the future population has sharply declined due to diseases, and society is divided among three powerful factions. After awakening, you'll have 24 turns to adapt to your new life, and every strategy you choose will determine your ultimate fate.

【Core Gameplay】

The game employs a turn-based schedule management system. In each turn, you can choose to visit different scenes to freely socialize or complete tasks. There are a total of:

10+ finely drawn 2D scenes and 1 immersive 3D scenes

You can take the following actions:

Exploration and Synthesis: Explore scenes and collect materials to craft items or upgrade brain-computer interfaces.

Character Socialization: Meet a variety of characters and develop emotional relationships with those from different factions.

Faction Intelligence: Uncover the secrets, stances, and needs of the three major factions.

Trading and Missions: Accumulate resources and goodwill by completing tasks or engaging in trades.

【Factions and Endings】

The three major factions represent the concepts of technological salvation, escape and revival, and defending the homeland, respectively. Your goodwill towards each faction will fluctuate based on your actions, and ultimately, a combination of these factors will determine one of 8 unique endings. Therefore, every choice you make is of utmost importance.
